Shipping

We aim to make every order experience seamless from checkout to delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. At this time, Dogtales ships within the United States, with plans to expand in the future. Orders over $50 ship free.

Packaging & Fulfillment

Each Dogtales order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. From everyday essentials to our signature gift boxes, all items are packaged with both presentation and protection in mind—ensuring your order arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed or gifted.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@dogtalesco.com with your order number and request.

• Any items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and our team will make it right as quickly as possible.
